We do have a very limited stock of furniture and partially constructed furniture on hand to purchase. Almost all furniture is custom ordered. This allows us to make your furniture just the way you want it with your choice of woods. Most orders are ready for delivery in 3-5 months depending on our backlog, availability of materials, and the complexity of your design.
ORDERING FROM OUR REGULAR DESIGNS
We regularly produce most of the designs we feature. It is very easy for us to custom size you order and woods. There is not a special charge for changing the design sizes unless there are special jigs, woods, or material costs involved. We are also very adept at adding or reducing the special features on the furniture. The pricing for our regular items is standard. If your piece is different we will give you a firm price before you order so you know just what to expect.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We often do custom designs for our clients or build to their specifications. The design process usually involves an extensive interview followed by a set of sketches and possibly pictures to communicate the ideas. The ideas are then reworked until an agreeable design and pricing are reached. Extensive design projects may involve a design fee, which is part of the furniture costs if the furniture is ordered.
TERMS
Our usual terms are a deposit of 1/2 the price of your furniture and the final 1/2 plus tax and shipping on delivery or prior to shipping. Other terms are available on request. Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction but all sales on custom furniture are final. Furniture shipped to an out of state delivery address is not subject to Washington State sales tax.
WOODS
We build most of our furniture with combinations of the following woods: Cherry, Walnut, Maple, Birdseye Maple, Curly Maple, Koa and Ebony. We cut many of the veneers we use ourselves and they are approximately 1/16" thick. We also have a wide palate of specialty woods and veneers available to us.
ORDERING
The best way to find out if this is a process that will work for you is to call us and discuss your project. We are definitely low pressure and want this to be a good experience for you. Most details can be worked out over the phone, by mail, fax, or e-mail.
